Well, I guess my break is over. I'm back in school, and am finally producing work again. For the photo class I'm taking right now we get to choose a topic to work on for the whole semester. These are beautiful. I love the shape of the branches in the first one, the clouds in the second one, the all around beauty of the third one, and the shadows in the last one)probably my personal favorite).

I like the lines in treesky. The primary lines are stark, but are softened by the secondary lines in the branches. I like the contrast. It feels both natural and manufactured at the same time.

I like pictures where I actually have to look at it for a long time to tell what it is...like the one with the branches all in the front...that's pretty cool
Oh my goodness Katie! These are absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe I didn't know about your super picture taking power before! And I'm so glad you picked to do trees, trees are one of my favorite things in the world! What I really like about your tree pictures are that they are all so different, they're in different angles, different kinds, different ways. It's brilliant! I love it!
